We booked a double Deluxe room and were very happy with its size, comfort and facilities. There are only two rooms per floor so noise from others is not a problem. The staff all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The week day receptionist, Celine, was excellent and so helpful with bookings for tours, shows and restaurants, directions to Christmas Markets etc. The location, we felt, was exceptional (about 15 minute walk to Champs Elysees), close to all major tourist attractions, restautants, shopping etc. It is located in a quiet, small street away from traffic. We would have preferred to have coffee making facilities in our room but were aware it is not provided. A bar fridge is provided, which is not usual in Paris. Overall we thoroughly recommend the Hotel to others and give it 10 out of 10.
