Hotel staff lacking in warmth - no \"welcome to Paris\" and no \"hope you have enjoyed your stay\". Availability of afternoon pot of tea would have been nice. Room quite good. Location enabled us to walk to many sights.

The staff were superb: very friendly, helpful and several of them were multi-lingual. I particularly liked the man who first received us on our first day. The location in the heart of the Latin-quarter was fabulous. There were an amazing amount of quality, reasonably-priced restaurants within walking distance--quite a few only a few steps away. The room was small-but that wasn\'t an issue, since we didn\'t go to Paris to be in our rooms, however the bathroom was very large with an ample tub and sink area. The room was also very clean and well looked after with the exception of a couple of stains on the wallpaper.
