The receptionists if not cheerful were very helpful and spoke good english. The room was small, but adequate - clean. Fabulous location we walked everywhere.

I didnt really enjoy my stay here. The staff were quite unfriendly & unhelpful. The room was really small and the beds were also really small, in a very cramped room - which was hot when the window was closed, and really loud when the window was open. However, if the staff had made an effort to be friendly & helpful to us we probably would have enjoyed our stay well enough. I couldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

(Translated from French) Welcome at reception very good but followed by the discovery of the elevator temporary out of order. My husband can't walk easily so it was a problem but we have not been offered to get a room on a lower floor instead of the 4th floor. When leaving the hotel, we asked for a discount due to the trouble with the elevator but nothing was offered !
