Transportation
On the left bank, in the heart of the Latin quarter of Paris and a few steps away from the Luxembourg garden, the Relais Saint-Jacques hotel is a peaceful heaven in the French capitale.
Metro express RER B : "Luxembourg" station 250 metres.
Direct to the Gare du Nord station (Thalys and Eurostar trains) Also direct to Roissy CDG airport within 35 minutes or Orly airport (RER B + Orlyval shuttle).
Parking at 150 metres.
Wonderful service from everyone at the hotel and will definitely recommend to friends visiting Paris. My only suggestion would be to have the hair dryers with longer cords...quite difficult to utilize.

The hotel was in a beautiful neighborhood. However it was very difficult to reach the sights by public transportation. The hotel was not on the same subway line as the major attractions so you always needed to transfer train lines which is confusing in Paris.
