This district of Paris is full of sights, museums and places to visit, starting by the Eiffel Tower itself. An iron tower of 1000 ft high built in 1889 as the entrance arch for the Universal exhibition of Paris. It stands on the Champ de Mars, a green place starting from the Eiffel tower to the Ecole Militaire. During sunny days, many tourists and Parisians come here to rest, play and enjoy a view on the Eiffel tower.

Not far from the Trocadero, following the Seine river to the heart of Paris, you can visit the Palais de Tokyo, a contemporary art museum.
