Presentation

The Opera Vivaldi Hotel is a new hotel which opened in late 2008 in the quarter of the Opera with its department stores, cinemas, pubs and restaurants, but also the heart of the financial district of Paris with bank headquarters and Stock Exchange nearby.
The Opera Vivaldi hotel enjoys a great location in Paris. Located in the heart of the business district of the Opera, it will take only a few minutes walk to go from the hotel to your meeting.
But the area also offers many other attractions : Opera House, theatres, concert halls such as L'Olympia or Le Casino de Paris, department stores Le Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, cinemas of the Boulevard des Italiens, restaurants, pubs,...All of this is at the door of the hotel Opera Vivaldi.
The rue du Helder is perpendicular to main boulevards of the district. So it is more quiet.
Furthermore, all 34 rooms of the hotel are soundproofed and equipped with air-conditioning. An elevator is at your disposal and wireless internet access (wifi) is provided free of charge in all the hotel including guest rooms.
The continental breakfast is served at the ground floor with a view on the rue du Helder by a large picture window. Added to bread, pastries, butter, jam, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fruit juice, you can also get some ham, cheese and yoghurts.

hotel location was great and convenient. starting 20th June morning the reception in charge was rude, discourteous. i booked a cab for station night before. he just at the last moment told be that was 11.45 am that he cannot arrange a taxi. i almost missed my train. i had to run upto opera and get a taxi. where else i booked a taxi verbally night before. he could have requested for a prepay.. the 19th evening receptionist was helpful.
i hope other customers do not suffer like i did due to the lack of customer service experience of the receptionist. on top it was raining and the entrance was blocked with a huge truck. while we were loading our suitcase no one came forward to apologize of this inconvenience . as in the rain we had squeeze our way to the road to load the suitcase.
i will never stay in this hotel.
the lift is also hazardous. hope you will look into improving their service. thank you very much for your follow up
room was smelly toilet though clean a odd smell kept on coming in the room.

Noise between rooms. If the guest of the next room is watching tv, it is better to watch it too. Clean but a stain on the carpet. Sheets and towels were clean.
Good equipment but the door of the bathroom bangs on the wash basin.
