The Musée de la Poupée houses a large collection of dolls in chronological order from the 1800s until now. Located in the quiet Impasse Berthaud in the 3rd district of Paris, admire meticulously-crafted scale model dollhouse furniture and accessories as well as the collection of toys that exist from each period. Past exhibition themes include “Poupées – Made in Italy” featuring dolls and toys from 1880 to 1979, and “Baby Boom 2 – French Dolls” highlighting collections from 1960 to 1979. The museum also holds activities for children and adults. For children, popular workshops include making dolls and doll clothing. Adults enjoy several themed seminars held regularly at the museum.

To avoid disappointment, Heart of Paris Hotels advises visitors to reserve each workshop or seminar ahead of time.
