Starting July 24th, 2010 the hotel Montaigne is closed for renovation. Some staff were very friendly, while a few others were not very welcoming or kind to us (as Americans). But then again, I hear that Parisians are not welcoming in general to Americans anyway, so we were used to this. Although this made our overall experience in Paris disappointing.
