Perfectly run by the same family for half a century, the Hotel de la Bourdonnais, standing at a walking distance from the Eiffel tower, is a home away from home in a Parisian ambiance.

It is not by chance if the hotel has mainly a regular clientele. Here, welcome is simple but courteous with no frills. The client must be comfortable.  If you are looking for a trendy hotel, don't come here. The hotel de la Bourdonnais lives with its history. Decoration and furnitures are the memory of this history.

After a good night, we suggest you to start your day in Paris with a buffet breakfast under the daylight of the veranda : cereals, hot drinks, fruit juices, artisanal breads and pastries, jam, butter, yoghurt, cheese,…and also a few extras a la carte.

You are now ready to start a business day or discover Paris. Many of them are only a few minutes walk from the hotel such as the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel tower, the Trocadero, Ecole Militaire and Palais de l'Unesco, the Hotel des Invalides and its Esplanade, but also museums such as the Palais de Chaillot, the Museum of Quai Branly and the Palais de Tokyo which houses the Art Modern museum. The quarter offers many other attractions such as antique shops, shopping streets and their markets, restaurants and cafés. If you want to go further, metro station and 4 bus lines are only 100 metres away.

In the lounge decorated with antiques and old painting, an internet corner is available free of charge.

Rooms

The hotel offers 54 soundproofed rooms with individual air-conditioning. Décor and pieces of furniture reflect past times and history of the hotel while offering modern facilities.

Rooms are spacious so that some of them can welcome up to 4 guests and maintaining comfort anyway.

All rooms are equipped with flat screen Tv with international channels, a wifi internet connection, a desk corner and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms have a bath, wc, washbasin, hair dryer and mirror for making up. Some of them have their own window so you can enjoy daylight. 4 triple rooms have both a bath and a shower in the bathroom.

Quadruple rooms which are 20 sqm size and some triple rooms have separate wc from the bathroom.

Transportation

Metro station "Ecole Militaire" (line 8) 100 metres. Direct to Invalides, Concorde and the Opera House.

Bus : lines 28, 80, 82 and 92 Direct to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees, Espace Champerret, Gare Montparnasse railway station, Palais des Congres de Paris, Paris Expo porte de Versaille exhibition park.

Access from Roissy CDG airport : Taxi or airport shuttle or train RER B to "Saint Michel Notre Dame" station then RER C to "Invalides" station then metro line 8 to "Ecole Militaire".

Access from Orly airport : Taxi or airport shuttle Air France (line 1) to "Invalides", then metro line 8 to "Ecole Militaire". You can also take an ADP shuttle to "Pont de Rungis Orly Airport" RER C station, then direct to "Invalides" and metro line 8 to "Ecole Militaire".

The hotel is very well located and the room was a nice size and kept in good, clean condition. The breakfast, although not included in the room price, was great and very good value for money.
