The reception staff was extremely helpful and made our visit so much more pleasant. I can\'t say enough about how kind they were and so responsive to any request we made about restaurants, museums, taxis, etc. The staff made our trip even more pleasurable than I would have expected. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only thing I found difficult to use was the shower. I am 6'4" tall and the shower was too short.
