The hotel Innova offers 51 guest rooms of good value between Pasteur Institute and Necker Hospital, a few steps away from Montparnasse or the Unesco and 10 minutes walk from the Champ de Mars and Eiffel tower.

Straddling between Montparnasse and Eiffel tower quarters, this place of Paris in the north of the 15th district is less known by tourists despite its proximity with those two famous areas. The advantage of this is that you can enjoy both quarters by walk and for a better value than in hotels you would find in tourist areas.

This location is more famous for business and medical purposes. Direct line by metro to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, company headquarters such as La Poste or Credit Agricole bank. Pasteur Intitute and Necker hospital, specialist in children disease are less than 300 metres away.

Standing along the green boulevard Pasteur, the Innova hotel has a large red brick façade, which is quite rare in Paris. Inside, facing the entry, a large stair takes you to upper floors but you will certainly prefer the new spacious elevator where it is not a problem to get inside with your luggage.

At the ground floor, lounge and reception are in a quite modern style. There is a small business corner in the lounge with a PC connected to Internet and a printer. Note that the entire hotel including rooms is connected to internet via wifi free of charge.
 
In the morning, the large cold buffet breakfast is available in the breakfast room located at the first floor of the hotel with a view on the boulevard Pasteur. Hot drinks, cereals, bread, pastries, yogurts, sponge finger cake, cheese, jam, fruit juice, …

Rooms are regularly refurbished and well maintained for your satisfaction.

They are equipped with large beds (140 or 160 cm large) or 2 single beds. There are also triple rooms with large beds (140 cm) plus one single bed and quadruple rooms with large bed plus 2 single beds.

In all rooms, you will find wooden furniture, a wardrobe, flat screen tv and wireless internet connection wifi free of charge.

Bathrooms are with bath or shower, wc, washbasin, mirror and hair dryer.

Transportation

Metro station Pasteur 50 mètres (lines 6 and 12) Direct to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the National Assembly, the Arc de Triomphe, La Concorde, Opera House quarter and even Bercy POPB.

Montparnasse railway station 500 metres by foot from the hotel or 1 metro station (line 6) or by bus (line 95)

Access from Roissy CDG airport : Taxi or airport shuttle or train RER B to Denfert Rochereau station then metro line 6 to Pasteur.

Access from Orly airport : Taxi or airport shuttle or Orlyval shuttle to RER B Antony station then change at Denfert Rochereau station for metro line 6 to Pasteur station.

The room was a bit small but clean. Helpful in giving us information. Walking distance (25 min) to the Eiffel Tower. Metro across the street. Places to eat all around the area.

Excellent for a 2 * in Paris...It is more the quality of a 3 * hotel. The breakfast is not huge but according to a typical French breakfast, fresh and enought.
