Andre and Karin were excellent and helped us move rooms to get away from the renovations...You really need to alert your guest if there are renovations happening...part of a great vacation is the ability to sleep in and not be distrubed - excellent hotel aside from that. thanks

Very pleased with our stay at Le Jardin de Cluny. Fantastic location, quiet street but close to the lively St Germain and Latin Quarter. Staff very helpful. We had a delux bedroom and it was very pleasant. Would use this hotel again....highly recommended.

My room, 107 was a bit disappointing when compared with the more modern decor of my friends room, 106.
The Friday breakfast was only so-so. No eggs, no fruit salad, croissant rather old and bread disappointing. The staff need to pay more attention to what is available, whilst they clear away the dirty tables

Ideally situated in a quite back street, but close to all the restaurants and bars of the latin quarter. A short walk from the nearest metro. Friendly staff all speak good english, very helpfull. Highly recommended.

We thought the location was excellent and the hotel good value for money. We can't speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by the front desk-especially the lady who was there most of the time during our stay. She was always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what we, as first-time visitors to Paris needed to know.

The room is kind of old fashioned. A more modern furnishing would liven the place up. Furthermore, the water in the tap smells sour, but that's probably due to the Paris water and not the hotel. The reception on the television is bad on some channels. And most channels are in French, so I don't understand. Even the English channels are dubbed with French voices, so for me there is no fun in watching tv. To attract more international public, you might want to add more channels. And for me, the bed was to small, but I'm 2 meters tall, so I would need at least 2.20m bed... :-)
