A notre arrivée, notre chambre avait une forte odeur de cigarette mais l'hôtel s'est empressé de nous donner une autre chambre. La situation de l'hôtel est excellente et j'y retournerai certainement. Très belle chambre et bien mieux équipée que je ne m'y attendais.

Hi we had a great time, the staff were excellent, however the lift was not working and we chose the hotel for the lift among other things. but a great location and we had a wonderful time in Paris. thanks Paula Hutchinson

there was no hot water in my showe at 0520 on 8 May. Coyuld have doen with facility fo tea/coffee especially as the hotel did not have these facilities.

There was a bit of confusion re: our room....the room shown on the web site & the room given to us was different....I questioned this upon our arrival and they offered to change our room to the one pictured on the site after it was vacated (2days)....they moved our bags to the new room for us while we were out. I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of our room....I was told that it was not......no problem....we went out for coffee and croissants each morn and brought them back to our room....the 3rd day a different guy was on the desk and asked us why we were going out for breakfast as it was included....last day a different guy on desk ..saw us come up from breakfast.....When I checked out he had charged us for 3 breakfasts...I questioned it and told him that another guy said that our breakfast was included..he informed me that it was not and that guy was new....after a bit of discussion and me saying that the other guy being 'new' was not my problem he reversed the breakfast charges.....I told him that the desk staff needed to be on the same page as it was not fair to the customers . Now having said that....the staff was extremely helpful in helping us with directions and suggestions....I would stay there again...location was perfect..if you love the Latin Quarter !!!!

Great hotel in a great position. The room was really nice and always clean. Would definately stay here again.

On our arrival the reception could not have been better. Simon helped us with all of our needs and changed our room when the air conditioning in our room did not work. All of the desk staff spoke English. The beds were extremely comfortable with the best pillows I have ever had in Europe. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Not fancy but clean and a great location.
