We loved the location. Lift surprisingly small! Bathroom small, but adequate. Front desk friendly, but not able to help as much as we had hoped with making sight seeing arrangements. Once again, the location was ideal for seeing the sites. One block to Notre Dame, close to Metro and cafes, etc. Very pleasant stay.

Our room was very small and overheated, there was occasional smell of cigarette smoke from connecting door to next room. Air conditioning not turned on.

The people at the reception were wonderful.. very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely recommend the Abbatial Saint Germain to our friends. Thank you for the memorable stay.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ideal location for cafes/bars and sight seeing. Sweet elevator ( unless your claustrophobic )
Great water pressure.
Recommend this hotel.

It would have been perfect if there were 3 things.. 1. a coffee or tea pot in the room, 2. an out let that accepted US appliances, and 3. what is it with the shower shield thing??? soaks the room whatever you do... how about shower curtains???

The room was a bit too warm (and no way to change that with any air conditioning unit). But it was a nice room and very quiet!

Our stay at the Abbatial St. Germain was wonderful. The hospitiality was outstanding and the hotel is in an excellent location. Thank you for making our visit to Paris memorable. We look forward to returning to Paris again soon and will surely make our hotel reservation at the Abbatial.

This was the perfect location for walking around Paris - 5 minutes to Notre Dame, 20 to the Louvre. The room was small but clean and cool (temperature wise), all we really needed. Staff spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast at 12 euros was a good value compared to others I saw. I would definitely stay here again!!
