Dear Sirs
My wife and I have just stayed with you for four nights checking out yesterday. I have just checked my bill and find that you have charged 10 euros for a breakfast that we did not have. We did not have breakfast at the hotel at any time during our stay. I would be grateful if you would credit the refund of 10 euros to my mastercard with which I paid, of which I assume you still have details.
Please confirm when this has been actioned by replying to this email.

We always stay in St Germain des Pres area and have stayed at a more expensive hotel in the same street. Paris is hideously expensive, but at least for the area, we got value and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the bathroom was adequate which is not often the case in Paris.
