Our room was on the top floor on the road side, we did find the first night noisy, but after donning ear plugs, we slept better for the remainder of our stay. The room was not too small for Paris and the bedroom was spacious with bath as well as shower. The reception staff all spoke excellent english (just as well in our cases), and were very helpful. W would not hesitate in staying here again. The Luxembourg station was very convenient for getting about Paris although we also walked as far as the Pompidou centre.

Las juntas de ducha no son bastante limpias, a causa de marcas negras incrustadas, a pesar de una limpieza, pero para mi no bastante regular. Cambiar las juntas sería bien. Limpiar también el exterior de las puertas de ducha.
Sin embargo, el hotel es correcto y lo recomendaré.

Encontramos la acogida simpática, personal servicial. Desayuno copioso, la habitación agradable, bien insonorizada del exterior, un poco menos al interior. Hermoso cuarto de baño con bañera. Hemos beneficiado de una hermosa habitación triple, pero al pasar ante las dobles, parecían más apretadas. Aconsejo este hotel que es muy bien situado en un barrio vivo frente a los jardines de Luxemburgo.

Muy buena situación a 5 minutos a pie del RER con acceso directo al aeropuerto Roissy CDG y al Parc des Expositions de Villepinte. La habitación no estaba muy grande pero limpia y de buena relación calidad precio. La recepción y el salón estaban agradables y el personal extremamente servicial y simpático.

I have only one complaint. When checking out, I asked the receptionist to phone a taxi for me (I needed to go a hotel near Place Michel with a laptop and very large, heavy suitcase. The receptionist said that the distance was too short and he would not call a taxi for me. He wasn't concerned when i showed him how large and heavy my bag was. Luckily, I didn't have to walk too far before getting a taxi, but this experience would not encourage me to stay in your hotel again (I was planning to book a second night, next Friday, but now I'm not so enthusiastic). Everything else was fine. Regards

We loved out stay here and would return. Our room was a triple on the 4th floor, overlooking the street. We loved the sounds of being in the city: the traffic (well muted at night by double windows) and the low rumble of the metro.

Our room was large, with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable though the pillows were rather thin. We found additional pillows on the closet shelf and that helped considerably.

The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful.

The metro stations are within a short distance. One nice thing here is that if you take the RER from Charles de Gaulle, you won\'t have to make a connection to reach this hotel, as Luxembourg is one of the stops. (Not having to make connections is a rarity when traveling the Paris metro.)

The hotel is also within a short walking distance for shopping, dining, and just visiting the neighborhoods and tourist attractions.

The lower rating for cleanliness is because of some mold stains in the bathroom, along a wall and in the shower corners. One of us never even noticed, and the other considered it normal. But if you are sensitive this might be a consideration. Otherwise our room and bath were spotless, as was all of the facility.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the accommodations and enjoyed my stay there. There were two people at the desk who were not friendly and didn\'t look very happy to be there. The woman serving breakfast was lovely, the maids did a great job and there was one gentleman at the front desk (didn\'t get his name but he was working at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, September 11th) who was very helpful. I would stay here again.
