The hotel was terrific. The staff was really helpful and spoke excellent English. Ask for a 6th floor room so you can step out onto a mini balcony and look out over the roofs of Paris.

Personal muy agradable en recepción. La habitación era prefecta, nada que decir. Alojaremos de nuevo aquí sin duda. Fuimos un poco decepcionados por el desayuno pero quizás es a causa de la diferencia de comida en Nueva Zelanda e Gran Bretaña. Sería bien por ejemplo tener “muesli” más bien que cornflakes y cereales con chocolate así como macedonia de frutas frescas y no en conserva. Trabajamos en hotelería en Gran Bretaña y hacemos lo mejor para que los clientes tengan un plato caliente, un desayuno continental o toda otra opción por el mismo precio. Sea lo que sea, el hotel es a tamaño humano y simpático, limpio e idealmente situado para resplandecer en París. Hemos querido mucho estar en París en febrero, cuando es más tranquilo y que no tenemos que soportar la muchedumbre.

Room was small which we expected but privacy was a bit of an issue because of door in our room connecting to room next door. So we felt that our neighbours were a bit too close for comfort. That said the room was clean and quite well laid out and had just enough space for two. Bathroom was very clean with new shower, basin and toilet facilities. Even though the room looked out onto Blvd St Germain (which is a very busy street) and despite the church opposite ringing the bells regularly the excellent double glazing made it easy to sleep. Though the room did get a bit too hot at times (it was late March and beginning to warm up a bit in Paris). Staff we had dealings with were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast seemed expensive but we can't judge whether it was value for money as we did not eat in the hotel. Location was excellent. Room rate was good given how near the hotel is to everything -all the main visitor attractions were more or less within reach. Plenty to see in the immediate area of the hotel too. Metro was nearby and access to the RER train to the airport was not far away either. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, neighbourhood shops. Would stay here again if ever in Paris again.

the rooms were small and the narrow staircase cum mini size lift was beyond our expectation however the services and reception has ovecome these concerns. location is perfect as it is very central. We will recommend our friends to this hotel if they are visiting Paris in future.

(Traduit de l'Anglais) Nous avons adoré la situation. Ascenseur étonamment petit ! Salle de bains petite mais pratique. Réceptioniste agréable mais dans l'impossibilité de nous aider comme nous l'aurions souhaité en nous arrangeant des visites touristiques. Une fois de plus, point de départ idéal pour les lieux à visiter. Un bloc de batîments sépare l'hôtel de Notre Dame, à proximité du Métro, des cafés, etc. Très agréable séjour.
