Transportation

The Duc de Saint-Simon stands in the heart of Saint-Germain. One of the oldest quarters of Paris, authentic and full of history. Added to a large range of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and art galleries, you will find close to the hotel museums such as the Orsay museum, Rodin museum or even the Louvre museum on the opposite bank of the Seine river. Ministeries, the Assemblee Nationale (Palais Bourbon) and the Hotel Matignon are also nearby.

Train RER C : "Musee d'Orsay" 600 metres
Access from Roissy CDG airport : Taxi or train RER B to "Saint-Michel Notre-Dame" station then train RER C to "Musee d'Orsay" station. You can then walk to the hotel or take the metro to "Rue du Bac" station.

The Hotel is situated in an ideal location, 2 minutes from the nearest Metro station and walking distance to Saint Germain du Pres for Restaurants and Cafes. The Hotel staff are very helpful and the Hotel is beautifully furnished with antiques, but very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much effort. Very helpful and friendly. The coffee was superb! The rooms were romantic and clean. The barman was a jovial chap who kept us entertained. Location was perfect. Quiet but very central. Our stay in Paris (honeymoon) will always be very special and we left with fond memories.
