YOUR HOTEL NEEDS A BETTER DINNING ROOM WITH WINDOWS AND CLEAN AND NEW YPPHOLSTERY IN THE SITTING ROOM IN THE GROUND FLOOR AND DEFINATELY IN THE DINNING ROOM . IDON' T THINK THAT THIS HOTEL IS A FOUR STARS HOTEL WITH SUCH SALON AND DINNING ROOM.

WE very much appriecated the friendly and helpful staff.. they were all great and certainly would recomend this facilty. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
Hotel is very well located to most downtown features and sites.

The only slight negative my colleague had was that the receptionist on our first enquiry for a taxi to Pontoise airport challenged whether their was an airport there and we were unable to get a positive action. On my enquiry the Asian girl was most helpful and we had an enjoyable and comfortable ride back to our aeroplane.
The location of you hotel is excellent and was very comfortable.
