The Hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the top places to visit in Paris, however, the cleanliness of the rooms were horrible. The bathroom floor was very very dirty to say the least (when I took a shower the first time, the floor had dirt appearing on it). Furthermore, you can HEAR EVERYTHING on the floor as well as your neighbors, the rooms are right next to each other and the walls are paper thin. It was just me an my wife, but, we felt like we had a baby with us and two Germans! If you are use to 4*/5* hotels, then I would not recommend this hotel to you. I will definitely NOT stay there on my return to Paris.

We had a lovely visit. The receptionist(s) were very helpful and always friendly and polite. My husband had the breakfast buffet and said it was great (but there are less expensive options within a block or two). We stayed in a suite - lovely appointments, spacious (for Paris) and comfortable. This is not an inexpensive hotel but this was a special occasion. Note that the area isn't the liveliest but it is quiet and within walking distance of many attractions. Overall, highly recommended.

Only deducting points for the room, as the rooms were quite small. Excellent apart from that. We will have no hesitation in staying there when we return to Paris.

Wonderful staff, excellent location and a very large bathroom made a great visit. Extremely well located and near Metro.

my wife and our three children, went sight seeing, the staff where very helpful and polite
the location 10 min walk to the tower plenty of reastraunts near by had a great time and will return one day!!

we enjoyed our stay in above hotel, very close to all important landmarks, room was small but spotlessly clean .staff very courtious friendly and helpfull. we did not partake of any of the menu's as we found them pricey.We will definately stay at this hotel again when we return to paris.

We were very pleased by the Hotel and its staff. The decor was pleasant and the rooms were clean. The Hotel is within walking distance of Trocodero and metro, so it was easy to go to other sights in Paris. Also, there are a plenty of good eating places nearby.

We realize that Paris is expensive and busy, but our previous stay in Paris was not disappointing in the way this hotel stay was. There were 2 or 3 pleasant employees that we crossed paths with, but there were 2 or 3 that were rude, curt, and essentially dishonest. They did not display patience when asked simple questions about local phone usage. They promised a taxi for our return to the airport for a morning flight, which we confirmed with them 2 times, and seemed arrogant and somewhat indifferent when we came down for the taxi only to be told it is a busy time and they could not find a taxi. The bellman did go to the main street to hail a taxi but was only successful after we joined him in the pursuit. We were very rushed and had no spare time in making the plane. If they had said they would try to find a taxi rather than assuring us, we would have come down significantly earlier to alleviate the time pressure. The other complaints we had were a hard bed, worn upholstery and carpet, and the price of using the lobby internet. The location was very convenient, the room was clean, and the bathroom was nice.
