You lack a small business centre.
Maybe in a corner of the lounge.

Excellent hotel, many of the staff spoke good English, or otherwise could understand my limited French. Room clean and fresh, with air conditioning. Having the windows open was quite noisy due to traffic and passing revellers at night. Breakfast was good and over a long period so never too busy. Great location with easy walk to many cafes, restaurants, metro and tourist sights. Would recommend.

Wonderfull location on the left bank. Room small by north american standards. Very clean. Staff professional and friendly.

Room slightly smaller than expected, Staff very friendly & helpful {with good english} Location excellent as bus & rail services are right beside hotel. Overall, no complaints & we will be coming back soon. D & M Dublin,Ireland.

Since I'm about 2 meters tall, the bed is to small. But I have that problem everywhere, so that's not for this hotel only. It would be nice to do something about it though... :-) The staff was very helpful by giving me a room not at the road-side of the hotel (which gets rid of lots of trafic noise).

It is a family owned hotel, rooms are small but this is really typical of Paris rooms. Very friendly owners it was clean all the time, located in between two metro stations which was convenient. We would stay there again.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean though def. compact. Fantastic location- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

wonderful staff....lively location and very convenient.....
but there was always cigarette smoke wafting in the the wee hours in the morning..from where..who knows?
but a great experience overall

This was our first time to Paris and what a way to be introduced - the hotel was in a fabulous location, the staff spoken very good English (far better than our French!) and the room was a welcomed site after a long flight from Australia. We did expect a room that would be rather basic but this little gem surprised us, beautifully presented and a lovely clean bathroom with a bath. Would recommend highly - our only regret was that we did not stay longer!
