Silvio M. , IRELANDHotel staff lacking in warmth - no \"welcome to Paris\" and no \"hope you have enjoyed your stay\".
Availability of afternoon pot of tea would have been nice.
Room quite good.
Location enabled us to walk to many sights.

anne s. , UNITED KINGDOMThe staff were superb: very friendly, helpful and several of them were multi-lingual. I particularly liked the man who first received us on our first day. The location in the heart of the Latin-quarter was fabulous. There were an amazing amount of quality, reasonably-priced restaurants within walking distance--quite a few only a few steps away. The room was small-but that wasn't an issue, since we didn't go to Paris to be in our rooms, however the bathroom was very large with an ample tub and sink area. The room was also very clean and well looked after with the exception of a couple of stains on the wallpaper. ";

Lesley A. , UNITED KINGDOMA lovely hotel and very hepful and cheerful staff, couldnt do enough for us and spoke very good english. Its a lovely straight walk to the river Seinne and Notradam, 1 min to the metro, and lots of cafe's and restaurants nearby. If you love to spend a little you must go to the lane round the back of Notradam as are some lovely and tasy restuarants. The gardens are only a short walk the opposite way and again a lovely cafe nearby. I totally recommend this Hotel. For a quick bite there is also a lovely pizza place over the road to your left as you walk out of reception, dont go to the cafe on the right hand corner as they are a bit rude i thought.

Lisa A. , UNITED KINGDOMThe Sully Saint Germain Hotel was in a wonderful location, near the metro and a short walk to the RER. I would highly recommend a suite since we had three people in our family. We all had our own single bed (not a cot like some hotels offer) and the bathroom was very nice with a good shower. I would recommend the Sully to anyone going to Paris. Also, the windows were lovely and opened onto a courtyard below, it was very quiet in the evenings. (:

sandra b. , UNITED STATESWe were allocated a triple room, which was large by paris standards. Reception was efficient and friendly. Price was reasonable particularly compared with other hotels in the same area for the same weekend.

Louise s. , UNITED KINGDOMThe bed was hard, but that seems to be the case in most of Europe unless you pay a lot for the room. The mattress must have had a plastic cover, because it was hot. The shower didn't have a hook to hold it up and was kind of inconvenient. It was a great location and the staff was very willing to help us find places to go. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in this area. It is very convenient to many of the main sites by walking or metro.
