Lovely hotel, our room was very spacious. Reception was very helpful. Good location with nice cafes and bakeries near by. The metro was around the corner. One thing is there never seemed to be any service at the hotels bar so never experienced it.

This hotel is located on a quiet but very convenient street in the 9th. Reception was very helpful in arranging a very early taxi to the airport. I would come back.

Well located to visit Paris. Good staff. Expensive if you are not rich but correct if you considerate staying in the 8th district of Paris. Large comfortable bed. Superior rooms ar comfortable except toilets. Excellent 6 days stay for leisure and business. Wifi connection good and free of charge !

Water leak in one of the 4 rooms we have booked (mine) but hotel full so they couldn't offer me to change my room. They offered the breakfast and 10 Euros discount on the room rate.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception. Very quiet room in an otherwise busy location. Fantastic location near Madeleine and near buses and metro. Clean, bathroom a bit small. Could have done with a few complimentary biscuits in the room.
Can definitely recommend the hotel.

My daughter was sick for our stay in Paris and the receptionist was fantastic, arranging a doctors appointment, she spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I returned to Paris as it was a reasonable price for Paris, clean, comfortable and pleasant room, a good cental location with great service from the staff.

(Translated from French) Very beautiful decoration. Hotel located in a quiet location. Consistent breakfast ! Everything was perfect except the shower with an irregular flow of water and nothing to hand the shower head.

This was our second visit to the hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff are very helpful and courteous, the room was warm and comfortable and the location is perfect for travelling all around the city.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The bath room was a delight and very soothing after touring Paris by day. The complimentary sherry was also an unexpected treat for our 25th anniversary .Only one point to make was that we had difficulty locating the hotel on the evening of arrival. Nobody seemed to know where the street or The Queen Mary hotel was. Even the taxi driver couldn\'t find it and dropped us off a long way away. Finally found it one hour later. we would definately choose it again.

Petit hôtel adorable, une impression de \"comme à la maison\" mais en mieux. Et là-dessus, en plein centre du Paris magique. Que demander de plus ?

peintures à rénover dans la chambfe occupée (245) - cf taches au plafond et peinture écaillée - on sent que la plupart des personnes qui viennent y loger sont anglophones - attention très agréable : le sherry offert dans la chambre - dispositif pour se fiare du thé
