We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location is excellant , 1 min walk to the metro. its litteraly accros the road. The Room was perfect, it was very clean and a nice size with a window looking out over the public gardens accross the road and a showered en-suite. Perfect for our stay. The staff where all very friendly and they looked after our bags the last day we stayed. We got good value in my opinion as we stayed on weeknights which is a lower rate€119, i dont think i would be happy paying the weekend rate €192 though but thats just me.
The Air conditioning wasnt working in the building when we were there which was the only bad point , as i had picked this hotel partialy because it was airconditioned as my wife was pregnant. It was extremly warm during our stay but after the first night we got used to it.
All in all , i would definitly stay in this hotel again next time i travel to Paris.

Arrivés à l'hôtel, aucune trace de la réservation Heart Of Paris hotels!!! et l'hotel était complêt!!! Heureusement la réception a été très compréhensive et nous a placé dans un autre établissement voisin, 4 étoiles et deux fois plus cher, et ce sans supplément de notre part!!! Châpeau!!!

We thought the receptionist was quite brusque, but it changed with a change of personnel.

The staff was so pleasant and it's a great location - right near the Jardin and the RER. The rooms are small, but that seems typical for Paris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Breakfast could have been better. Often there was far from sufficient food for the people having breakfast and on several occasions people went without.
