Some staff were very friendly, while a few others were not very welcoming or kind to us (as Americans). But then again, I hear that Parisians are not welcoming in general to Americans anyway, so we were used to this. Although this made our overall experience in Paris disappointing.

Tuve la suerte poder beneficiar de 50 % de reducción sobre el precio de la habitación.. Encuentro las habitaciones medias, los radiadores eléctricos son de calidad media. El grifo de la pila corría, a mi llegada el secador de pelo no funcionaba, la bañera es media...el espacio "desayuno" también...el papel pintado no está muy limpio en ciertos lugares. Hay muchas cosas que corregir, lo que es una lástima porque el lugar es magnífico y la acogida digna de un gran hotel.

The hotel was in a superb location, but the room, which was a double superior king size was much smaller than expected. However, the service on the whole was good, and the room clean. Overall, I can recommend this hotel.
