The room was stylish and compact, though we found the closet doors to be awkward and left little space between them and the bed. We found the lighting system to be unnecessarily complicated given the small size of the room. This is a design flaw: keep the light switches simple! While the glass, half-door on the bathtub was aesthetically pleasing, its functionality was somewhat poor: one had to be very careful while showering not to send water splashing out onto the floor, toilet and any clothes that may be lying on the floor. These are minor problems with some of the facilities in one of the cheaper rooms. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and these small issues do not detract from it. The staff were particularly good, providing helpful suggestions on a range of questions that we posed to them during our enjoyable stay there.

the bedroom was small for two persons esp as we stayed 4 nights,lights in bedroom/bathroom were difficult to operate in that one had to all off/all on. Gym equiptment esp bike did not operate properly & gym room too small, no space to lie on floor to do strectching exercises which is a necessary part of exercise regime. Request for Hammam to be turned on was not always acted on immediately which was very frustrating. Surely a remote switch for same could be installed near reception desk? Overall experience of hotel was satisfactory without being in any way exceptional.
