Bathroom ridiculosly small, badly plumbed and fittings will deteriorate quickly. Breakfast too expensive. Key mechanism to room door was fiddly and unreliable.
Room smallish but OK for Paris.
Staff at reception helpful and pleasant.

Very helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable. English speaking staff is a great advantage to travelers with limited language skills... much appreciated!

HELPFUL STAFF; WE STAY IN HOTELS ALL OVER EUROPE AND THE US AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE NICEST HOTEL ROOMS, DEFINITELY THE QUIETEST IN ANY CITY. DIFFICULT TO FIND FAULT.

The hotel staff is superb making sure every detail of your stay is properly taken care of. I would recommend --for some staff members in particular-- a short course on American manners. I say this because a large portion of the clientele is American and what may be standard courtesy for a Frenchman may come across as haughty and even impolite, to an American. I would also recommend that a way be found for clients to have access to a few amenities before their rooms are ready. Being that check in is at 2:00 and most flights come in form the US early in the morning, it leaves the customer high and dry with no where to clean up after a long flight. This is not a good beginning for a vacation. Please give my compliments to the management for they have done, aside from this comment, a phenomenal job of training the staff; in particular, Franck, Denis, Mathieu and even the new trainee were quite pleasant, quick about their duties and accommodating.
