Accueil aimable et éventuels problèmes (par ex. douche) résolus avec rapidité.
Petit-déjeuner correct mais prix trop élevé: autant le prendre sur une des sympathiques terrasses à proximité.

The front desk needs to be friendlier and more helpful. They also ran out of wash clothes which was unacceptable that we had them for two days and then not at all for the last two days. Also the last night the fire alarm went of f and the guy at the front desk had no idea what to do. It was only under the demands of the people staying there that he did anything. It went off multiple times when we were trying to go to sleep for the night. I suggest they get better help.

WE FOUND THE RECEPTION STAFF,LOCATION AND ROOM TO BE OF TOP QUALITY. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT NO TEA OR COFFEE MAKER WAS PROVIDED. IT WAS PROVIDED ONCE WE ASKED FOR IT. FOR SOME REASON THE CUPS WERE TAKEN AWAY EVERY DAY AND NEITHER THEM THE TEA COFFEE OR MILK WERE REPLACED. WHEN ASKED FOR IT WAS REPLACED BUT THIS HAPPENED EVERY DAY. COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT AS EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Would Cerainly use the Hotel again.
But if the hotel wishes to sell more breakfasts then the price of 15 Euros per head needs to be reviewed. Coffee and croissants around the corner was only 4 Euros each!

Excellent modern clean well-appointed room. Very good value. I stayed for the same price at another hotel previously and A La Villa Des Artistes was so much better. Ground floor public areas were also very pleasant. Staff very courteous and nice attitude. Would stay there again if I could.

We were disappointed that our request for twin beds had not been followed through. Consequently we had to move to another room which I believe was of an inferior quality to the original room we were taken to. I did query this with the reception staff but they assured me that it was of the same value yet the bathroom and the room itself seemed to be more inferior yet I had to pay the same price.

The front desk staff were excellent, and extremely helpful. The room was wonderful, but the cleaning staff was inconsistent in how the room was cleaned.
I will definitely be back.

My wife and I were most impressed with the service provided by the staff-the hotel suited our purposes and we very much enjoyed our stay-many thanks.

We stayed in Paris for 8 nights at an aprtment then to the countyr and your hotel was located in an area which we were familiar with however had notr stayed in.
We were both extremely satisfied with the location (the restaurant opposite is highly recommended) for lunch and dinner - cannot recall the name but it has bright red colours on the wall!), and your staff were particularly helpful and pleasant.
We will certainly recommend your hotel.

As usual, the Prices of Drinks at The Bar Were high, so We Did not Have a drink, no one else appeared to! So the area could have been Used For another purpose. However We really liked your Hotel and if asked, recommend You.
