We had a wonderful two weeks. The concierge service was wonderful...especially when RAQUEL and OLGA were at the desk.
They knew everything..including how to get internet service, etc. There were only two disappointments: the fellow who manned the desk at night didn't have good english skills and NO ability to help with internet access...which meant we were unable to do many things we needed to do.
(If once the internet connection was established it STAYED established none of this would have been problematic. The second issue was that we were not advised, uncharacteristically, that taking a taxi to the airport would be so expensive. We took the shuttle to the hotel from the airport when we came into Paris and had requested the same service for our return to the airport, which we were told we had to arrange for during our stay. When we inquired about a taxi, no one said it would cost us in excess of 20 euros extra. Total cost 60 Euros! Very disappointing considering how costly a stay in Paris is for Americans.

you could not find a better location in Paris. It is a ten minute walk to almost all the important cites. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are quite small, but very clean!!!! We would definitely stay there again.

Had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very kind and helpful. We would select another style of room as it was rather small and dark, however the overall value was exceptable and was serviced every day. Thankyou again for a very pleasant stay, we would certainly stay with you again.

excellent location. Off the main roads so the room was QUIET! Air condition was good. This hotel is a true Parisienne experience. Small lift. Small hallways. Colorfully decorated room. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Nice. Would stay again.

The Hotel was friendly and helpful, one of our party was taken ill and the hotel reception could not do enough to help.
Hotel location was excellent, a few steps from the river and Notre Dame.
Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service. When we arrived we found our room was on the 5th floor. Being a bit squiffy with heights I requested a room nearer to the ground floor and my request was granted immediately. Very clean - very helpful staff - brilliant location. Quirky Parisian hotel. Only superficial moan was that I would have liked a kettle in the room. Would definately visit again.
