Problem with air-conditioning, shower was leaking and we could not maintain the window open because it was noisy in the street. Elevator did not work.

No tea and coffee in room which was inconvenient. Otherwise ideally located in quiet street, close to Opera, Louvree, Concorde and bus & metro stops.

When I arrived late in the evening, the shower didn't work until next morning. Not good for a 3 star hotel even if they offered me the breakfast to compensate.
Except that point (which is enought) very well.

Very good welcome, very well located, very quiet. The only bad point is the breakfast room in the basement and too expensive in our mind. I would recommend this hotel anyway and would be pleased to stay here again for my next trip to Paris.

The best part of this hotel is it's location, close to everything and all within walking distance. The frontline staff are extremely helpful and speak English a great help for first time non French speaking tourists. The rooms need a bit of attention and do not look like the pictures on the website but overall we had a lovely experience and would recommend this hotel if purely for it's central location. room was larger than expected and well furnished. Only limitation was absence of drawers for clothing. Appreciated having a safe for valuables. Opportunity for light snack/drink room service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast very good and price ok. Location was great - short walk to Louvre and Opera metro stop. Price was reasonable given the location. Finally, hotel is small with less than 20 rooms which avoids congestion for facilities.

Always a warm welcome and very comfortable. Centre of Paris location (which is handy for everything ) means its quite pricey for non-euro visitors.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. The location is ideal. It would have been nice if the breakfast was part of the price for the hotel room. But overall i would stay there again.
