Situation idéale à deux pas de l'Opéra et des grands magasins. Les chambres sont bien décorées mais sont un peu petites.

Pour deux personnes, la surface de la chambre est trop petite. En outre, une seule petite armoire à habits occupée déjà par le coffre-fort et le mini-bar est totalement insuffisante ! Il n'y a même pas une patère dans toute la chambre pour suspendre un vêtement !!! Pas non plus de commode !

Very helpful receptioninsts
Room - small and basic, no plug for bath, but don't worry plugs have been received they just don't know where they are!!!
Breakfast don't bother, microwave heated rolls tough as old boots.
Area excellent for getting around

We enjoyed our brief stay in your hotel and would stay again. We noted the carpet seemed to need cleaning and the bed covers needed updated.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are small with few amenities, but if you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's OK. The bathrooms are modern with large tub and shower. The electrical outlets/lights are on a system which requires the room key to be inserted in a small box. When you turn the lights out to go to sleep, only one electric outlet remains "on." This could pose a problem for someone who needed to run a medical machine (in our case a breathing machine) during the night. The only outlet available caused my sister to sleep with her head at the foot of the bed so the cord could reach the outlet. It also was problematic as I could not at the same time charge my cell phone during the night as the only available outlet was in use. There's a Starbucks around the corner which I found had better tasting coffee than the nearby cafes. A good hotel by European standards.

Waited for many years to visit the beautiful city of Paris but was very dissappointed with the hotel we booked a room for 4 adults and were given a very small room with 2 twin beds 1 sofa bed and a small camp bed only suitable for a child we made it known immediately to reception but they couldnt give us another room the 1st Night however the 2nd night they gave us another room the 1st room they offered us we had to decline as the carpet was really dirty however they gave us another room which we accepted as all the hotels in paris were full we would never return to this hotel again we didnt even have room to unpack our bags as we were on top of each other due to the size of the rooms the general areas in the hotel carpets in particular were very dirty, we are in the accomodation business in Dublin and would never offer Tourists the accomodation we had at this hotel

Laurant was excellent reception, english great, other reception misled us to spend $ on shows that were $150 when we thought $75 for total, and often gave poor to bad directions. room was nice, but when we had a problem (e.g. shower...the maid acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to help us dry the floor, the rug, and fix the shower. Like it was not her job. It was as if we purposely turned the shower onto the floor and flooded the floor, rug etc. Versus it being a fautly shower, and helping us clean up, and fix the shower problem. Over all the hotel was very nice and clean, the beds were WONDERFUL, the towels were soft and clean and the rooms were fresh smelling and lovely. I would highly recommend the hotel.
