we got a good deal staying here and it was great value for our money.
very convenient for Gare du Nord and all the tourist attractions. lots of nice cafes close by.
room small but very clean and fairly quiet given the central location.
staff very friendly. we did not eat breakfast in the hotel but looked good value considering how expensive a parisien breakfast is in all the cafes!

I stayed at Romm 402 - unfortunately my laptop was stolen by a guest that I had brought in with me- together with 50o euros in cash - is there any where youncan help me file a report? Also did the receptiom notice any suspicious tall Argentinian/latino male taking a gbag and laptop in the morning of the 26th Sep? Your reply will be appreciated.

The room was clean and the Rita at the front desk was extremely helpful. Shower needed to be fixed as we always had a pool after our shower.

I had asked the management not to enter my room and not to clean it or change towels and sheets. They entered my room against my instructions. So for this reason I downgrade it.

An awesome boutique hotel with a metro stop just a few feet away. Lots of local eateries with good food and most with staff that speak english (for those who's 'parley vous' is not fully up to speed yet). Plenty of nearby shopping and a 10-15 minute hike to Notre Dame. Overall - I'd recommend staying and would come back again next time in Paris.

I think it would have been courteous to allow entry to the room before checkin time at 2PM. i was told to return at 2PM why not when the room is ready, this is considered greedy and discourteous in Canada. When people arrive after 10 hours of journey they do not want to wander the streets until 2pm, they need a rest.
