Current works so presence of dusts in corridors. Anyway, quiet stay to renew in the future as it is very close to Montparnasse.

After climbing two difficult flights of stairs, the welcome and care from the proprietors was impressive. They are obviously working well to make many aspect of their hotel a good three star standard.

Room extremely comfortable, well equipped and very clean with excellent air conditioning and nice, well-equipped shower room. The stair carpet going up to reception could have done with a clean, but everywhere else was fine. Reception was welcoming. Ideal place to stay in Montparnasse particularly as away from main roads so no noisy traffic. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on it.
