On our arrival the reception could not have been better. Simon helped us with all of our needs and changed our room when the air conditioning in our room did not work. All of the desk staff spoke English. The beds were extremely comfortable with the best pillows I have ever had in Europe. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
