Hotel staff and location were both excellent.

For a 3 star hotel, we found atmosphere, decoration and furniture old fashion. Friendly staff, well located. We regret that breakfast is not included in the price of the stay.

A little disapointing.

We had a wonderful two weeks. The concierge service was wonderful...especially when RAQUEL and OLGA were at the desk. They knew everything..including how to get internet service, etc. There were only two disappointments: the fellow who manned the desk at night didn't have good english skills and NO ability to help with internet access...which meant we were unable to do many things we needed to do. (If once the internet connection was established it STAYED established none of this would have been problematic. The second issue was that we were not advised, uncharacteristically, that taking a taxi to the airport would be so expensive. We took the shuttle to the hotel from the airport when we came into Paris and had requested the same service for our return to the airport, which we were told we had to arrange for during our stay. When we inquired about a taxi, no one said it would cost us in excess of 20 euros extra. Total cost 60 Euros! Very disappointing considering how costly a stay in Paris is for Americans. fantastic boutique hotel - excellent location, staff v v friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would stay there again anytime.

The shower could be a little bit cleaner. Anyway, the hotel is correct and I would recommend it.

brilliant hotel approx 1 minute from train station Port Royal . Reception very helpfull

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Large breakfast, pleasant room, well soundproofed from outside, a little bit less from public areas. Nice bathroom with bathtub. We had a beautiful triple room. We saw also double rooms which seems to be a little bit smaller. I suggest this hotel which is very well located in a lively area facing the Luxembourg garden.
